Kung Fu Tea

The bubble tea is great, but the building itself makes me sick to go into due to mold growing in the HVAC system (it’s obviously visible on the vents)…so minus one star for not keeping the building reasonably clean.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER HAVING AN INSANELY UNSATISFACTORY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE😡😤😮‍💨 After placing an order through the app for an order be picked up at a Beaumont, TX. location, I was immediately made aware that the app sent my order to a location that is 2,000 miles away from where I am now. My order supposedly populated in New York City. Alarmed by the mishap or glitch or whatever happened that allowed this insurmountable inconvenience, I immediately called the store that the app states my order was sent to. She then tells me that she did not receive my order and tells me there's nothing she can do for me. I ask her to please call me back if it happens to pop up finally, she agrees, and I let her go. I then begin finding every possible "help," "feedback," "contact us," etc. that I can find, call every single number that I can find, called all the locations that could be considered close to Beaumont. I have now been sitting in a parking lot for over 2 AND A HALF HOURS desperately trying to AT LEAST speak to ANYONE that can or will provide me with assistance. I have only been able to speak with the first employee I referenced and one other employee at a Beaumon

This store is always a place that I choose to get my boba fix, not just because of their good boba but also the professional worker services. I’ve had an issue using Gift card recently. Things went alright on the 1st time then issue started came up when it showed inactive and no balance left on the card when I tried to use it for the 2nd time yesterday. One of the worker addressed me to come back another day so I could get help from someone in higher management. I came by today, same issue happened. Both of the workers that working tonight shift were beyond the normal standard customer service! Even they still didn’t figure out what the issue was but the way they solved it really made me feel like I am a valued customer that they would tried to take care of no matter what. I rate this store a 5 stars and I’m willing to give them a 10 if it would be possible. Forgot to ask for the workers name, but great job Kungfu tea!

Kung Fu Tea is great! I usually do take-out orders, and the mobile app works very well for ordering ahead. I do have to say that the mobile app gives you the ability to pick which location you're ordering from, so menu items may vary from visiting in person compared to what is offered in the app. The staff at the Nederland location are friendly and the establishment is very clean. The interior decorations make the place look very nice, and I've never been disappointed with a drink that I've gotten from here. I've visited five or six times, and they've been spot-on every time!
